Touch Mini 2 Digital Swingweight Scale
Version 2 of our fully electronic “Mini” swingweight system with color touchscreen. No moving parts. No fiddling with calibration (unless you want to). Just set your club in the fixture and get swingweight to 0.1 and inch/grams to 1 gram. Not as full featured as our Pro Touch system, but still pretty darn good…...
The Touch Mini 2 is based on our Pro Touch electronic scale. This model only has one load cell and a fixed fulcrum spaced at 14”. This allows for swingweight measurement, but total weight and balance point are not calculated like the Pro-Touch models do. The Touch Mini 2 has some new features. The upper case is powder coated 20 guage (.9mm) galvanized steel. The bottom case is also 20 gauge galvanized steel (un-painted). The end caps and club holders are 3D printed plastic. We’ve taken extreme care to make sure they all look and work great. The Mini 2 is heavy enough to not need secured to the workbench like version 1 had to be. Mini 2 also has more refined touch screen graphics.
The touch screen can be pressed with a finger or a stylus. The Swingweight screen includes the club’s measurements and a simulated analog meter to give a visual indication of the swingweight. We’ve added a “pause” function to let you freeze the screen so you can write down your readings.
The “USE SCALE” screen allows you to measure objects with the load cell. It gives weights in grams and ounces. It has a tare icon to let you zero the scale.
The QR code screen gives detailed club information and we’ve included a keypad to chose the club number and type (ie 3 IRON). The QR Code screen allows you to scan and save your club readings via a smartphone.
Based on our Pro Touch Swingweight System with 1 dedicated precision full bridge load cell matched with a calibrated 24 bit A/D converter and a dual-core ESP32 microprocessor to handle the calculations. The full color 2.8” TFT touch screen shows the results in real time. Comes with a microUSB power supply.
We’ve included beta support for PT-210 Bluetooth thermal printers. This allows users to print out swingweight results to a battery powered thermal receipt printer. It’s free to use but as printers change, it’s functionality may become obsolete. Printer is not included.
