Our latest and final version (VF) of the Simple Swingweight System incorporates the best of previous versions and is easier to use. It still has a powder coated aluminum arm for rigidity with 3D printed ends and fulcrum mounting base.
The "Plus" is the included spacer arm. This spacer makes marking the 14" a breeze. It can also be used as a direct positioning device, eliminating the need to tape, measure and mark the 14".
You’ll never find a more simple way to measure a golf clubs swingweight. Ball bearing supported fulcrum with a built in bubble level. The adjustable leg makes leveling the arm a snap. Once the fixture is set up, you can add or remove weight and see the resulting impact on the club’s swingweight in real time. Images are computer renderings. Use a quality digital scale for the most accurate readings. Look for a scale with a solid surface on top. These scales have multiple load cells attached to the feet of the scale which makes these type of scales better at handling a concentrated load. Avoid the scales with an elevated top as they have a single load cell and do not handle concentrated, off center loads accurately.
